Hi, I'm Maxine Chappell, founder of Maxine Wellbeing and a certified personal trainer and wellbeing coach based in Auckland, New Zealand.

I became a personal trainer because I believe my purpose is to help people. I’m passionate about supporting others through deep, lasting transformation not just in how they move, but in how they live. Whether you're starting your fitness journey or fine-tuning long-term goals, I’ll meet you where you are and help you build from there.

My approach blends movement, mindset, and motivation to support holistic wellbeing. My clients come to me not just for physical change, but for clarity, structure, and confidence in every area of life.
